So often, people are turned away from seeking help

So often, people are turned away from seeking help because they feel like they CAN'T (horrible word!) get better or that change will just be too hard. In most cases, yes, change is hard. But there are some very basics things we can do to help ourselves now. Small things that make a big difference. Check out the article below released in Psychology Today.
